This policy applies exclusively to items purchased through the official Styledab website (styledab.com). Purchases made on third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) are not covered by this policy.
Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with an unopened item, you may apply for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
2. Refund Process
Refunds for Customer Reasons (e.g., mistaken purchase or dissatisfaction):

- Provide the reason for the return.
- Refund processing based on order status:
- Not yet shipped: Cancel the order and issue a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

- You may arrange the return on your own.
- Alternatively, we can provide a return label (shipping fees will be deducted from the refund).
Refunds for Company Reasons (e.g., product quality issues):

Return Guidelines
