This policy applies exclusively to items purchased through the official Styledab website (styledab.com). Purchases made on third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) are not covered by this policy.

Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with an unopened item, you may apply for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.

2. Refund Process

Refunds for Customer Reasons (e.g., mistaken purchase or dissatisfaction):

  • Provide the reason for the return.
  • Refund processing based on order status:
    • Not yet shipped: Cancel the order and issue a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Already shipped:
      • You may arrange the return on your own.
      • Alternatively, we can provide a return label (shipping fees will be deducted from the refund).
Refunds for Company Reasons (e.g., product quality issues):

  • We will provide a free return label.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Guidelines

Situations Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Items that have been used.
  • Missing original accessories.
  • Return requests made more than 30 calendar days after receiving the item.

Return Requirements:

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility (except for quality-related issues).
